Work with us.
We work with licensed roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and pool contractors, framers, concrete and aluminum crews, and suppliers who show up when they say and do the work right the first time.
What we ask for
- License. Your Florida state or local license number for your trade, active and in the company's name. Some work needs no license; tell us if yours is one.
- Certificate of insurance. General liability, sent from your agent, with RLW Builders, LLC as certificate holder. We'll confirm the limits we need when we review your application.
- Workers' compensation. A certificate of coverage, or your state exemption certificate. Florida makes the contractor responsible for uninsured subcontractors' workers, so we can't skip this one (F.S. 440.10).
- W-9. Before your first payment. Please don't upload it here; we'll send you a secure way to provide it.
How we work with partners
- Written scope and price for every job, before you start
- Trade permits pulled by the licensed trade where required
- Changes in writing, both directions
- Lien waivers with each payment
