What we build, and how we decide what fits.
We focus on projects where a building permit and a licensed contractor actually matter: structures, openings, concrete, and the permitted parts of a make-ready or buildout.
Permit problems
Open or expired permits, work done without a permit, code notices.
Outdoor structures and exterior work
Fine on homes you live in.
Roof replacement through our licensed roofing partner
A full shingle roof replacement by our licensed roofing partner, with the whole project managed by us: one point of contact from the first photo to the final inspection.
Covered patios & porch roofs
A roof over the patio or porch you already use, framed and permitted to tie into your house the right way.
Concrete slabs
Patio slabs, equipment pads and slabs for a future enclosure or shed, formed and inspected before the pour.
Decks
Wood or composite decks with footings, ledger connections, stairs and guards built to pass inspection.
Screen enclosures
Screen rooms and patio enclosures on a slab and footing designed to carry them.
Exterior window & door replacement
Replacement windows, entry doors and sliders with Florida product approvals, permitted and inspected.
Sheds, garages & accessory buildings
Detached garages, workshops and storage buildings, sited and permitted for your lot.
Vacant homes and spaces
Interior work happens only where nobody is living or working.
Roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and pools
Florida licenses each of these trades separately. A building contractor's license does not cover them, so on our projects that work is done by contractors who hold the license for it. They pull their own trade permits where required, and their work is inspected.
What that means for you: one plan and one point of contact for the whole project, with the right license behind every piece of it. Roof replacement is available through our licensed roofing partner, Creative Roofing Corp. (Florida Certified Roofing Contractor CCC1327601). RLW Builders, LLC (CBC1267185) manages your project. We don't offer plumbing, electrical, HVAC or pool work as stand-alone jobs. If that's all you need, call a contractor licensed in that trade directly.
Trade subcontracting is set by F.S. 489.113(3). You can look up any contractor's license on MyFloridaLicense.com.
Not sure it fits?
Tell us about it anyway. If it's not something we do, we'll say so quickly and point you toward the kind of contractor who does.
