About
A licensed builder for the projects most contractors skip.
Covered patios, slabs, decks, enclosures, windows, doors and small buildings are where permits most often get skipped and corners most often get cut. That's the work we focus on.
Who we are
RLW Builders, LLC is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1267185. The license is qualified by Logan Wilson. We're based at 55 N. Central Avenue in downtown Umatilla, and we work across Lake County.
You can confirm the license, and look up any contractor, on the state's MyFloridaLicense.com lookup.
How we think about the work
- The address comes first. Whose rules apply decides everything else, so we check before we price.
- Permits are part of the job. When one is required, we pull it, and the inspector sees the work before it's covered.
- The right license for every piece. Roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and pool work goes to contractors licensed in those trades.
- Lived-in homes get exterior work only. Interior work happens only in vacant homes.
- No surprises with money. A small deposit, milestone payments, written change orders and lien waivers.
