Vacant-home make-ready
When a house is empty, it is the best time to fix what needs fixing. We walk it, write one plan for repairs and finishes, and handle any permitted pieces with licensed trade partners, so you get one schedule and one point of contact.

Questions people ask
Why vacant homes only?
We only do interior work in homes nobody is living in. It keeps people safe, keeps the schedule honest and protects your belongings. Exterior work on an occupied home is fine.
The house was built before 1978. Does that matter?
Yes. Paint in older homes can contain lead, and federal lead-safe work practice rules apply when it is disturbed. We plan for that in the scope.
Can you work with my property manager or agent?
Yes. Tell us who should get access and updates, and we will keep them in the loop.
What helps us price it
None of it is required to start. Anything you can send saves a round of questions.
- Address and how we get access
- Photos of each room if you have them
- Your deadline (listing date, move-in date)
- Anything you already know needs fixing
